Position: Merchandise Associate

As a Merchandise Associate, your role will be pivotal in crafting an extraordinary shopping experience through innovative and visually appealing product displays, ultimately influencing sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Implement new products on the sales floor in accordance with established plan-o-grams. Maintain optimal stock levels on the sales floor to enhance customer sales, following Sporting Life's visual merchandising guidelines. Assist management in planning and executing seasonal merchandise transitions. Collaborate with the store team to ensure service excellence, store readiness, and adherence to safety protocols and company policies. Engage in team tasks to provide a comprehensive customer experience, including maintaining store cleanliness, merchandising, restocking products, and managing inventory.

Qualifications

A passion for fashion, sports, and a healthy, active lifestyle. Minimum of 1 year of merchandising experience in a retail setting. A vibrant personality with a strong enthusiasm for sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. A commitment to continuous learning and product knowledge development. Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities. Capability to lift up to 30lbs.
