Position Type: Merchandise Coordinator
As a Merchandise Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in crafting an extraordinary shopping experience through creative and visually engaging product displays, facilitating a seamless shopping journey for our customers, and directly influencing our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Implement new product displays on the sales floor in accordance with established plan-o-grams. Maintain visually appealing stock levels on the sales floor to enhance customer sales, following Sporting Life's visual merchandising guidelines. Assist management in planning and executing seasonal merchandise transitions. Collaborate with the store team to ensure exceptional service, store readiness, and adherence to safety practices and Sporting Life policies. Engage actively in team tasks to provide a comprehensive experience for our customers, including maintaining store cleanliness, merchandising, restocking products, and managing inventory.Qualifications
A passion for fashion, sports, and a healthy, active lifestyle. At least 1 year of merchandising experience in a retail setting. A friendly demeanor and enthusiasm for sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience. A commitment to continuous learning and product knowledge development. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Capability to lift up to 30lbs.Personal Attributes
