Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage our large inventory of world-class vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced and dynamic workspace
  • Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma, concentration in Business or Marketing (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing or sales role preferred
  • Results-oriented, attention to detail, and good time management skills
  • A valid Class G/Class 5 driver's license is required, as is the ability and willingness to drive our vehicles, including a 26' box truck
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
