Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Northwest Employment Works. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our organization and supporting our Board of Directors to ensure we are working within our Vision and Mandate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for justice services for our clients and communities.
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with partners, stakeholders, and community leaders.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring we are meeting our goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our services and programs.
  • Collaborate with our Board of Directors to ensure we are working towards our Vision and Mandate.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a non-profit or community-based organization.
  • Strong understanding of the justice system and its impact on our clients and communities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
