Position Summary
We are looking for recent graduates to embark on a comprehensive Management Development Program. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $52,500 along with profit-sharing opportunities and a robust benefits package.
Training Overview:
Successful candidates will engage in a structured four-phase training program designed to provide a thorough understanding of our operations:
Phase 1: Warehouse Operations and Customer Engagement – Gain hands-on experience in logistics, product knowledge, and customer service, including order management and inventory control.
Phase 2: Client Relations and Procurement – Transition from customer service to managing projects, building vendor relationships, and learning to create material quotes from blueprints.
Phase 3: Account Management and Sales Strategy – Focus on business development, identifying new opportunities, and fostering customer partnerships through effective sales techniques.
Phase 4: Leadership and Operational Management – Develop strategic vision, lead teams, and mentor peers while enhancing leadership skills and operational efficiency.
Upon completion of the program, participants will be well-equipped to assume managerial roles within our Profit Center locations across Canada.
