**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Specialist to join our team at our Penticton Marina Way clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to our patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Warmly greet patients as they enter our clinic, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Check patients in and out of the office, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Communicate effectively with patients in person, via phone, and through written correspondence.
  • Process billing and payments, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Administer pre-testing services, providing exceptional care and attention to detail.
  • Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, utilizing charisma and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and exceed patient expectations.

**Requirements**

  • Customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and productivity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Professional, approachable manner, with a passion for meeting and interacting with people.
