Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Specialist to join our team at our Penticton Marina Way clinic. As a Patient Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our patients, including the retail and repair of eyewear products and follow-up care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet patients as they enter our clinic
  • Check patients in and out of the office
  • Communicate with patients in person, by phone, and by email
  • Bill patients, their medical service providers, and other third parties
  • Administer pre-testing services
  • Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments
  • Uphold excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
Requirements
  • Customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
