Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting skilled tradespersons with glass installation, loading and unloading construction materials, and performing other labouring and elemental activities. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist skilled tradespersons with glass installation, including loading and unloading materials
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
  • Utilize hand and power tools
  • Perform other labouring and elemental activities
  • Operate or tend automated assembling equipment
  • Assist equipment operators to secure attachments to equipment or truck
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding work
  • Attention to detail
  • Hand-eye co-ordination
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
