Job Summary:

Multimatic Inc. is seeking a skilled Receiver to join our Warehouse team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods on/off truck and around the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and verify incoming shipments against invoices, purchase orders, and other documents, recording shortages and rejecting damaged goods.
  • Coordinate and facilitate all receiving of finished goods, raw materials, and other miscellaneous items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of relevant experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Ability to handle weights up to 23 kilograms without assistance.
  • Experience with forklifts, pallet lifters, and hand trucks.
  • Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to work safely.
  • Good time management skills, punctuality, and reliability.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks.
  • Scan in all incoming distributions and transfers, maintain shipping logs, and file all paperwork.
  • Sort shipments and distribute product accordingly.
