Restaurant Operations Manager

HFX FOODHUB INC. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Analysis: Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Service Development: Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members' performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant's brand.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns to ensure excellent customer service.
- Accessibility: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Cross-Cultural Training: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
- Youth Support: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Veterans Support: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans.
- Indigenous Support: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Mature Workers Support: Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
- Visible Minorities Support: Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
Work Details: Work Term: Permanent, Work Language: English, Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
