Job Title: Specialist Chef

VMAT RESTAURANTS INC is seeking a highly skilled Specialist Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
  • Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
  • Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
