  • Product and Service Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on our personal banking products and services, including Everyday Banking, credit cards, and personal unsecured lending.
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives and support a positive work environment.
    • Participate in knowledge transfer and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School diploma and/or equivalent.
    • Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, marketing) preferred.
  • Experience
    • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Language
    • Proficiency in a language other than French (e.g. English, Spanish, Mandarin) to support customers who require services in a language other than French.
