Banking Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Banking Advisor to join our team. As a Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and sales expertise to our clients.
Job DescriptionAs a Banking Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with personalized banking solutions and services. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, and provide them with tailored advice and guidance to help them achieve their objectives.
You will also be responsible for identifying sales and referral opportunities, and working with clients to develop and implement strategies to meet their financial goals. In addition, you will be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service and sales expertise to clients

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
- Develop and implement personalized banking solutions and services for clients
- Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it
- Demonstrated passion for putting clients first, as well as success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment
- Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
- Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices
- Bilingualism (English and French) required
