Job SummaryWe are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our executives and ensure the efficient operation of our department(s). The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining digital filing systems, responding to emails and digital queries, managing calendars, drafting and editing documents, and coordinating logistics for online meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient department operations
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure confidentiality and security
- Respond to emails and digital queries in a timely and professional manner
- Manage calendars, including making travel arrangements and coordinating logistics for online meetings
- Draft and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets
- Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes
- Coordinate logistics for online meetings and ensure all read aheads are complete and disseminated
- Work closely with senior executive staff and maintain confidentiality and security
- Ensure deadlines are met and adapt to changing priorities
- Present a positive and professional image for the organization
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of understanding and adhering to complex internal policies and government regulations
- Expert user of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
