We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Beaumont Kitchen. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and organized section.
Key Responsibilities- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure accurate and prompt delivery of orders, and handle any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized section, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, and report any issues to the kitchen staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with other staff members to ensure seamless service.
- Meet sales and productivity targets, and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
- Provincial Liquor Certification
- Serving experience in a similar environment
- High attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills and sales ability
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High level of product knowledge
