Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Crosswood Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Monitor and control costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the required specifications.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop construction staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including estimating, purchasing, and accounting, to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
Work Environment:

Our construction sites are located in various locations, and you will be required to work on-site, often in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be expected to work in a team environment and to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
