Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President to oversee our operations in the goods production, utilities, transportation, and construction sectors. This is a permanent position with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the allocation of material, human, and financial resources to effectively implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate the activities of various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve comprehensive human resources planning.
  • Set objectives for the organization and develop or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions.
Supervision

Oversee a team of more than 20 individuals, including working groups and staff across various responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a related field.
  • Asset Languages: Proficiency in Mandarin is considered an asset.
Work Environment

This role is primarily based in a remote work setting, with a focus on the real estate sector.
