Dental Practice Director

The Dental Practice Manager is a key role that requires a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills. As the point person for the team, you will oversee the daily operations and protocols of the office, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule Coordination: Coordinate schedules for optimal practice efficiencies in both clinical and administrative areas.
- Team Supervision: Supervise team members and ensure they follow office protocols and policies.
- Software Proficiency: Have a strong understanding of Abeldent practice management software.
- Financial Management: Track and maintain monthly budgets for payroll, office expenses, and sundry costs.
- Workload Delegation: Delegate workload and hire new team members when necessary, including onboarding processes.
- Team Motivation: Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork and motivates the team to achieve their goals.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts in a respectful and considerate manner, maintaining a positive work environment.
- Reporting: Report on budget and production goals, as well as control AR and provide monthly reporting.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the facility and equipment are well-maintained and the office presents a positive professional image.
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and experience in managing dental business operations, including people, finances, inventory, and systems management.
