Director Community Support Services

Seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Community Support Services team. As Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with the community, build relationships with stakeholders, and drive philanthropic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to build relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to drive philanthropic growth and community development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, community leaders, and partners.
  • Develop and manage budgets, programs, and services to support community engagement and philanthropic growth.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Community Support Services team to ensure effective delivery of programs and services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in community engagement, philanthropy, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with donors, community leaders, and partners.
  • Strong understanding of community development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
