Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at 8583340 Canada Inc. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gas station and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of our customers and business.
    • Establish and maintain a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
    • Order merchandise and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure a safe and secure work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular security checks and maintain accurate records of incidents.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for business growth and development.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or gas station environment
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods
