About the Role

Meadowland's Esso is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of sales workers, ensuring they are equipped to provide top-notch customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always well-stocked and rotated effectively.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer leaves the gas station satisfied.
  • Sales and Revenue: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the gas station is clean, well-maintained, and meets health and safety standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales workers to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
