About the Role

Meadowland's Esso is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to lead our team of sales workers and ensure seamless operations at our gas station. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning duties, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 staff members
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient sales and customer satisfaction
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Operations Management
    • Establish work schedules and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Merchandise Sales
    • Sell merchandise to customers and maintain a high level of sales performance
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
Working Conditions
