Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at 11032836 Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Gas Station Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training new employees, ordering merchandise, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
  • Hire and train new employees, or arrange for their training.
  • Order merchandise and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and supervise the activities of workers.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
Working Conditions:
