About the Role

Meadowland's Esso is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always available to meet customer demand.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Ensure that customer complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gas station, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
