Sobha Investments Ltd. is seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our hotel, including supervising staff, coordinating tasks, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, responding to guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate and assign work tasks, ensuring that staff are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Hire and train new staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Dependability and flexibility.
  • Client focus and excellent oral communication skills.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Interpersonal awareness and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and management principles.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
  • Experience working with computer systems and equipment.
