Job Title: Hotel Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Sobha Investments Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Hotel Clerk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operations
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work as needed
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
  • Work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, and team player
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees
  • Support for social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees
  • Recruitment of newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster
  • Support for Indigenous people, including mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities
