Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Sobha Investments Ltd.
Job Summary:The Hotel Clerk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, coordinate and assign work, and maintain the operation of computer systems and equipment.
- Staff Management: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Work Environment: Maintain a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate excellent oral communication, client focus, and interpersonal awareness.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a hotel or related industry.
- Language: English.
