About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Sobha Investments Ltd. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Activities
    • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Supervise a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Inspect and Maintain Hotel Facilities
    • Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
    • Identify and address any issues or concerns, working with the maintenance team to resolve any problems.
  • Recommend and Implement Improvements
    • Assess the housekeeping department's performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of our housekeeping services, including training and development programs for staff.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments
    • Work closely with the front desk, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
    • Provide input and support to other departments to ensure the overall success of the hotel.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
    • Physical stamina to perform the duties of the role
    • Dependability, efficiency, and flexibility
