Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Sobha Investments Ltd.
Job Summary:The Hotel Clerk Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of hotel staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall efficiency of hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervision: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 hotel staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and hotel operations.
- Customer Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Training and Development: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a hotel or related industry.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
