About the Role

Adastra is seeking a highly skilled Informatica Lead to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for leading projects and providing technical expertise in data integration, data quality, and master data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects and provide technical expertise in data integration, data quality, and master data management
  • Collaborate with business operations to ensure effective ownership and stewardship responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a data quality or master data competency center
  • Deliver necessary training to team members on technologies, processes, or methodologies
  • Lead project delivery to achieve successful outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, or extensive experience within the Data Management function
  • A minimum of 4 years proven experience in architecting, developing, and leading Informatica projects with IDMC (IICS), Informatica PowerCentre, IDQ
  • A minimum of 4 years of formal Data Management, Metadata, Data Quality, and/or Master Data Management experience
  • Experience in data integration, data profiling, data quality rule creation, data quality validation, cleansing, and exception management
  • Strong technical background in Database, SQL, ETL, DQ, or MDM technologies
  • Solid experience in at least one of the following areas: Data integration and migration using ETL Tools – Informatica IDMC (IICS), Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ Metadata Management Tools - Informatica, Ataccama, Collibra, ASG, IBM, Alation Data Quality Management Tools - Informatica, Ataccama, Trillium, Precisely, Talend Master/Reference Data Management Tools - Informatica, Ataccama, IBM, Profisee, Semarchy, Riversand, TIBCO, Reltio
  • Proficiency in data matching and data mastering techniques
  • Familiarity with data ownership and stewardship processes
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives concurrently
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities
  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills to collaborate across various organizational levels and geographically dispersed teams
