Nurse Practitioner

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are committed to providing high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Conduct regular wellness visits for residents to assess their health and well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and community team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident health status to the Resident Care Director and family members.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics.
- Participate in quality assurance meetings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Sunrise Senior Living standards.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current state license as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of one year experience in long-term care or senior care environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
