Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales and profit growth in the store by setting a clear plan to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the store team to achieve sales and profit goals
- Ensure store operations are aligned with H&M standards and best practices
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales
- Manage store inventory and maintain a high level of customer service
- Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to prioritize actions and provide feedback on store allocations
- Actively prevent loss and ensure all audit guidelines are followed
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of store team members
- Manage performance of store team members and provide regular feedback and coaching
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of transferable experience leading management-level employees
- Outcome-driven with a planning, engagement, and motivation to bring results to fruition
- Inclusive, positive, creative, and willing to try new things
- May be required to travel as necessary to support other stores, attend meetings, and training
