- Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and procure merchandise that meets the needs of our customers.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Manage store budgets and ensure that expenses are controlled and within budget.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that the store is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
- 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or a related field an asset.
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Stand for long periods of time and move around the store as needed.
- Use a computer and other office equipment as needed.
