Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 employees to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Store Manager will work in a retail store environment, with regular hours of 32.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and sales performance.
