Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our branch team as a Branch Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing risk, and developing talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to achieve branch goals and objectives
  • Manage and oversee complex branch administrative duties, including mutual funds, RESL, and compliance-related issues
  • Act as a brand ambassador for TD and promote the bank's image within the community
  • Work closely with other business lines to stay abreast of emerging trends and support referrals across business lines
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for colleagues and ensure performance management activities are undertaken and completed
  • Oversee and lead a small and/or complex branch, growing talent and developing skills to achieve career goals
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Expert process management knowledge and risk profile for team processes supported
  • Strong knowledge in identifying, tracking, and resolving gaps
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions with minimal supervision
