  • Achieve the expected financial contribution target of the branch
  • Develop and manage the performance of team members

  • Ensure compliance with established rules and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Between five and ten years of experience in management and coaching
  • A diploma of College Studies (DEC) and eight to ten years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree related to the industry and five to seven years of experience, or a Master's degree and five years of experience
  • Be a mutual fund representative (REC)
  • Be responsible for the compliance of the administrative unit (RCUA) or become one within 3-6 months of hiring
