Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Timmins, ON. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the operations of the branch, including sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of all personnel
  • Manage the branch's P&L, including budgets, expenses, and inventory
  • Ensure a high level of customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, building brand recognition and supporting sales initiatives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory and sales experience
