Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing, maintaining, and controlling the branch location. You will monitor policies and procedures, make recommendations, and ensure daily performance objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance, direction, and monitoring of internal staff to ensure departments are working effectively towards common goals.
  • Ensure all staff are properly trained for their roles and update training as required.
  • Grow sales through developing, coaching, and motivating sales and support teams.
  • Maintain inventory levels at optimum.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained as per the required Branch Operational Scorecard level.
  • Participate in customer calls for sales and technical support (if applicable).
  • Assist with Warehouse and physical plant planning.
  • Vendor relations and planning.
  • Strategic and future management planning.
  • Pricing Maintenance.
  • Participate in and/or recommend product training.
  • Solve customer/staff/company disputes.
  • Maintain and grow business.
  • Outside sales – develop key relationships with customers including frequent on-site visits.
  • Manage the Inside Sales staff.
  • Manage administrative and CSR functions within the branch.
  • Determine sales projections for the fiscal year and track progress.
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings.
  • Resolve day-to-day personnel issues where management decisions are required.
  • Represent the Company to the local and industry community.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • College/University Diploma required (Business, and/or Sales & Marketing, or Technical focus preferred).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of related experience, preferable in a Sales/Distribution environment.
  • Previous Management experience required.
