Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to achieve branch goals and objectives
- Manage and oversee complex branch administrative duties, including mutual funds, RESL, and compliance-related issues
- Actively promote the bank's image within the community through participation and leadership in community business groups and initiatives
- Protect the interests of the organization by identifying and managing risks, and escalating non-standard, high-risk transactions as necessary
- Work alongside other business lines to stay abreast of emerging trends in the market and support referrals across business lines
- Provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews, coach and develop colleagues, and ensure performance management activities are undertaken and completed
- Lead the process of setting performance objectives for the team and track, monitor, and effectively address and/or reward performance in a timely manner
- Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience
- Expert process management knowledge and expert knowledge of the risk profile for team processes supported
- Strong knowledge in identifying, tracking, and resolving gaps
- Ability to lead and manage a team requiring workforce to decision on acceptable level of risk-Low to High risk potential
