About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant to join our Master Data Management (MDM) Practice at Mastech InfoTrellis. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to design, implement, and deliver best-in-class MDM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to develop and implement MDM strategies
  • Participate in business requirements gathering sessions and analyze client needs
  • Develop and present design documents and unit test scenarios
  • Assist Project Managers in planning and executing project tasks
  • Mentor junior technical consultants and oversee their work
  • Design and develop high-quality code and perform unit tests
  • Conduct code reviews and debug critical technical issues
  • Identify and propose creative solutions to technical challenges
  • Recruit and train high-quality resources for the MDM Practice
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in software services, with Big 4 experience a strong plus
  • 4+ years of experience implementing MDM solutions for Product Information Management (PIM)
  • 3+ years of experience in a J2EE environment, including experience with application servers (WebSphere, Weblogic)
  • 3+ years of experience with Java and databases (DB2, Oracle)
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and SQL skills
  • Experience with Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Unix flavors
  • General understanding of data quality concepts and ETL tools
  • Experience with messaging software and excellent communication skills
