Position Overview

Falcon Transport Inc. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer to enhance our operational efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring that our administrative functions run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and Optimize Procedures: Assess and refine administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Task Delegation: Assign responsibilities to office support personnel to ensure workflow continuity.
  • Work Prioritization: Set priorities for tasks and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Administrative Activities: Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the organization.
  • Data Management: Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Staff Training: Provide training and support to staff members to enhance their skills.
  • Office Coordination: Oversee and streamline office administrative operations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare reports detailing expenses and income.
