About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Cozy Manor. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Patient Care: Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as administering medications and performing various medical procedures.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas, and report any safety concerns to management.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work Collaboratively: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a recognized healthcare training program or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as First Aid and CPR.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a patient care or support role.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
