We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Cozy Manor. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with Patient Care: Provide basic care and support to patients, including taking vital signs, serving meal trays, and maintaining patient rooms.
- Support Daily Living Activities: Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as supervising exercise routines and administering medications.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by maintaining inventory of supplies and reporting any concerns to management.
- Communicate Effectively: Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education: College or equivalent education in a related field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Nursing Aide Certificate, and Health Care Aide Certificate.
- Language: English language proficiency.
