Key Responsibilities- Assist with Patient Care: Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as administering medications and performing various medical procedures.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of patients by maintaining a clean and safe environment, and reporting any concerns or incidents to management.
- Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams through clear and respectful communication.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
- Education: College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Nursing Aide Certificate, and Health Care Aide Certificate.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
