Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive sales performance and market evaluations, analyzing data trends, and developing business cases along with financial justifications to support forecasting and business growth initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and management will be essential to drive data-informed decisions and create impactful presentations that highlight key factors influencing commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a fluent working knowledge of IQVIA applications and databases (including Imsight, Xponent, Compuscript, GPM, CD&H, Pharmastats, IMAM).
  • Deliver clear and actionable metrics for first-line sales managers, product managers, and directors.
  • Conduct financial and supply-demand product forecasts for various business units to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights into variances within the product portfolio.
  • Address ad hoc inquiries from commercial operations regarding market dynamics and competition.
  • Support and validate monthly reporting processes by executing queries, maintaining documentation, and participating in monthly business reviews with relevant business unit product managers.
  • Oversee the market definition process and ensure data validation prior to publication in reporting tools.
  • Identify and manage market research initiatives in collaboration with brand managers, including methodology development, supplier selection, and questionnaire design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to work tactically and drive results to completion.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
  • Proficient in manipulating data from IQVIA and other sources to generate meaningful analyses.
  • Independent thinker with strong analytical skills to address business challenges.
  • Ability to work autonomously under pressure, demonstrating initiative and flexibility through effective leadership.
  • Experience leading and facilitating cross-functional design teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with team members at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, communication, and time management abilities.
  • Bilingual proficiency is essential (strong oral and written skills in both English and French).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Capability to provide accurate estimates to support project timelines and deliverables.
  • Experience in market research is a plus.

Technical Proficiencies:
  • Advanced PC skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Forecast BI Systems.

Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.
