About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at RIM THANON THAI KITCHEN. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring that we get the best value for our money.
  • Training and Development
    • Lead and instruct staff members, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications
    • Smart Serve certification.
    • Food Safety Certificate.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands
    • Standing for extended periods.
