Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our restaurant staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Operations Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that our restaurant runs efficiently.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that our inventory is properly managed.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Financial Management
- Prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure that our restaurant operates within budget.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- 3-4 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
