Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, cost products and services, and organize and maintain inventory to optimize team performance.
- Customer Service: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to drive sales growth.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- More than 20 people supervised.
