Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of over 20 employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash handling and reconcile cash reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Participate in marketing plans and initiatives to promote the restaurant and drive sales.
