- Change Management: Champion change initiatives within the team, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and supported throughout the process.
- Informatics: Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions to improve the delivery of primary care services, working closely with the Quality Systems team.
- Planning: Assess and prioritize team resource needs, working with medical and administrative leaders to ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
